Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts opened using false identities are strictly prohibited. ki8888 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and discovery of multiple accounts will result in closure of all accounts, cancellation of transactions, forfeiture of balances, and potential exclusion from the Platform.

The ki8888 Platform and all games, services, and content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. ki8888 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free, or secure, or that defects will be corrected. You acknowledge that your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.

ki8888 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, power outages, server downtime, software malfunctions, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes or account balances, ki8888's internal transaction records and game logs shall be the final authority. 8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

If disputes cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. or another mutually agreed arbitration body. Arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in the English language. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding upon both parties, and judgment upon the award rendered may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding the foregoing arbitration provision, ki8888 may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of ki8888's intellectual property rights, confidential information, or proprietary rights.

9. Account Closure and Termination

ki8888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of the Platform at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, extended account inactivity, or if ki8888 determines in its sole discretion that your continued use of the Platform may cause harm to ki8888, other players, or third parties. Account closure may be temporary or permanent depending on the severity and nature of the violation.

Upon account termination, your right to use the Platform immediately ceases. If your account is terminated for breach of these Terms, any remaining account balance may be forfeited at ki8888's discretion. If your account is closed for reasons other than Terms violations, ki8888 will return any remaining verified balance after deducting applicable fees and charges. Withdrawn funds cannot be reclaimed after successful processing.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ki8888 customer support. Upon receiving closure request, ki8888 will process the request and return any remaining balance according to standard withdrawal procedures after deducting applicable fees. Voluntary account closure does not relieve you of obligations or liabilities incurred prior to closure. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened for the duration of the exclusion period.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Headings and section titles in these Terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect. The English language version of these Terms shall be controlling in all respects and shall prevail in case of any inconsistencies with translations. Time periods specified in these Terms shall be calculated based on Philippine Standard Time.
